Bloomendaal???

Happy Labor Day, everyone! At least here in the good ole U.S. of A.! There seem to be some individuals who know of a bulb that was hybridized by Bill Pannill that was named “Bloomendaal”. Bloomendaal is the name of the original country home of the late Lewis Ginter, a portion of whose original estate is now the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden. The Virginia Daffodil Society is working with the horticulturist at Lewis Ginter to establish a memorial daffodil garden with memorial funds that were sent to Lewis Ginter in memory of our late founder, George H. Bragdon who passed away earlier this year. However, “Bloomendaal” does not appear on ‘Daffseek’. Does anyone have this bulb? If so, please let me know if you are willing to part with any, either for CA$H, or as a contribution to the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden.

Thank you for any assistance in locating this ‘missing daffodil’! FYI, there are none of them in Bill’s daffodil beds.
Regards,
Ross
