Looking to buy some bulbs of special cultivars -please advise.

Hello, 

I am looking for some bulbs to add to my collection, if possible please advise where I could get a few bulbs of each of the cultivars listed below, alternatively I can trade, I have a fair collection of Mitsch’s daffodils, I am mostly interested in division 4, 2, 11. Preferably I am looking for bulbs from the EU as they do not require any sanitary certificates, but any source would be acceptable. My garden is in Romania, EU.
