Friends, it is with much sadness that I make you aware of the death of ADS
member, Sam Nock, of Accomac, VA. We have only just learned of this,

9482Nock. We extend our heartfelt sympathy to Evelyn, Sam’s wife. They had
been ADS members since 1993. Sam and Evelyn attended many conventions and
had leadership positions in ADS, and worked on the last convention held in
Richmond. The address to send communications to Evelyn is: 23381 Cross
Street, Accomac, VA 23301. I always enjoyed talking with Sam and we often
sat together at ADS meal functions. As a retired educator, he was keenly
interested in hearing about my son’s academic progress. And we also enjoyed
talking about dogs. We will all miss Sam very much.
