Remember that no bloom in this section is eligible for the Gold or Rose Ribbons (or Mini Gold or Mini Rose Ribbons), so the Bender Ribbon plays the role of gold ribbon for this section. The winner was QH 23/6 division 1 hybridized by Elise Havens.
