As anyone who has received your Journal might have noticed, I have the wrong dates on the article for the Fall Board Meeting & Symposium in Nashville on page 278, so please note that the correct dates are October 26 & 27. I will post a notice to Daffnet when the Registration Form is available online. The hotel is updating their menus, so the registration has been delayed just a bit to wait for that new information. The registration will be available soon, though, and I hope everyone is excited about the Fall Symposium in Nashville–October 26 & 27.
The Saturday Symposium topic is The Future of Daffodil Breeding and panelists include Brian Duncan of Northern Ireland, Wilf Hall of New Zealand, Lawrence Trevanion of Australia, and Steve Vinisky of the USA! Friday night will include a reception and dinner complete with (optional) daffodil themed costumes. The bulb auction follows dinner Friday night. Saturday night Nancy Tackett and Ben Blake will share their experiences of their trip to New Zealand and the 2012 World Daffodil Convention. Read more about it in the June Journal!
