In flower to-day – Limey Lass’

Img 3680

I have many N. bulbocodium seedlings but this is the first that I have been tempted to name. This small pot of about 7 bulbs planted 3 years ago has over 50 blooms. It is this rate of increase, freedom of flowering and attractive form and colouring that made me think it might be worthy of a name. – appn. applied for.
The pic was taken in pitch dark last night – the background is an Omagh dark night! I’m surprised how well it came out.
Bred from complicated crossings of several Moroccan clones – in case anyone asks.

  1. Fantastic looking blooms Brian. Will have to pop over sometime soon for a proper look.

  2. Very nice display, Brian, and a great name!  Happy Valentines’ Day, all!
