Aircastle Even though it is getting to the end of the season, there is always Aircastle to look forward to.  First registered 55 years ago, I would be proud to find it in my seedling patch today.  It is one of my most favorite varieties of all time.  Thank you Grant Mitsch for giving the daffodil world this beauty.

Regards, Denise.

I remember an early catalogue which described Aircastle as ‘hauntingly beautiful at times.’ I agree with Denise this is a beautiful cultivar. It is in flower at my place today also. I have found Aircastle to be a wonderful parent too.

Totally agree with Denise and David, Aircastle is one of the most beautiful daffodils available. Denise has bred a beauty from Aircastle called Sweet Will, the colours as they develop are amazing.
