A green for division 5.

It is always a good sign when a miniature seedling returns after its summer rest. Many of the miniatures disappear after their first flowering season. It is almost as if they taunt one and then get the dwindles.  This was the best from a batch of seedlings putting N. lusitanicus onto an unnamed green N. viridiflorus seedling.  Last year the cup matured to a deep orange. What will it do this year? The cross was planted in 2006 and I believe this is its third year to bloom. It is not a fast reproducer. Still only two stems.  Wish it flowered during show season.  It makes 3 buds to the stem. I will add another picture to this post after the other buds have opened.
