It’s time to make plans to attend the ADS Convention in Little Rock, Arkansas, March 27-30, 2014! Everyone is invited!  You do not have to be an ADS member to attend. If you are an ADS member, you have likely already read in The Daffodil Journal about the wonderful garden tours including an exclusive opportunity to visit the home and gardens of nationally recognized gardener and landscaper P. Allen Smith. If you’re not a P. Allen fan already, check out his website at and don’t miss your chance to tour his Garden Home. This tour will be during show judging on Friday, so judges and clerks should not sign up.

Saturday is filled with educational seminars on miniatures, naturalized and public plantings, historics and daffodil arrangements. Saturday evening is the exciting bulb auction followed by banquet speaker Keith Kridler on “The Perfect Flower.” Sunday brings garden tours of Garvan Woodland Gardens and two private gardens. Sunday night our keynote speaker Ian Tyler from England will entertain us with “Daffodils, History and Pies.” And these are just some of the things the Arkansas Daffodil Society has planned for us in Little Rock!

You have a few weeks to send in your registration with the discounted early registration fee so make your plans now, reserve your room and we will see you in Little Rock in March!  You can find all the information you need at this link or visit the ADS website at and click on the link at the bottom of the page.

Spring is coming soon and we hope you’ll be coming to Arkansas to enjoy it with us!
