Later this spring, U.S. miniature daffodil hybridizer extraordinaire, Harold Koopowitz, will receive the Royal Horticultural Society’s Westonbirt Medal for “outstanding contributions to orchids.”
Harold is an orchid hybridizer (of course!) as well as has authored several orchid books and is a world renowned speaker in the orchid world.
We are fortunate that Harold has a sincere love and interest in daffodils, too!

Harold, how wonderful to be recognized for one’s hard work. Congratulations!! Since our world is all white right now I am really enjoying the 3 orchids I have blooming now. Not fancy ones but they add some much needed color to my world.
