It has been great to keep up with the photos and results from the Northern Shows. Thanks to those who have taken the time to share with the rest of us.
There is great interest in Autumn flowering cultivars. Leitha and I have just enjoyed a 10 day cruise through New Caledonia and Vanuatu. Quite an incredible experience for first time cruisers. We came home to a second year down pot of Nylon in full bloom.
Two points arise.
Firstly – I have a genuine pre Autumn flowering cultivar here. Who needs viridiflorus! Autumn is still a month away.
Secondly – As we have had a cool, damp summer might this be a precurser to an early flowering spring.
