Dear All,
Betty and I are so sad to hear this news. Over the years we had so much fun with Bill and Kit, so many laughs interspersed all our meetings and keen discussions about hybridising, showing daffodils and indeed many other topics. Bill was certainly a true icon of the Daffodil world who will be sadly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Below is a photo is of Bill and Kit in happy times at the Keukenhof in 2008. He was so pleased to see so many of his varieties growing in that wonderful garden. This is a reminder of Bill’s wonderful smile.
