Today’s surprise.

Among a row of first bloom seedlings from ‘Arrowhead’ by a tiny trumpet seedling I found this flower. It is quite different from the other seedling flowers and is the only miniature in the group. A stray pollen grain from one of the greens must have been left on the microspatula that I use for pollinating. The corona is flaring and green with a fine overlay of orange while the perianth is uniform green but is not exactly up to show standard quality. Maybe it will improve in quality. Nevertheless, this is the first miniature 6G-GOG that I have seen.
