Winter has not been kind, though other parts of the country have had it worse than we have, here in Cincinnati. The extreme cold, with temps near and below zero, has not been good for growing bulbs in pots in the garage! Even the garage got to 20F, so the pots had to be moved. First they went into the kitchen, but then the forecast was for another week or more of these frigid temps, they were moved into the basement. After two such cold winters, I’m going to have to re-think growing things in the garage.
The brief stay in the kitchen brought out this bloom of N. cantabricus.
