The PDGS Show was held on the same date as the Cleveland Ohio show, so I had to drive right away to this show from Cleveland to try to get started on photos. I was not able to capture the larger collection winners at Joes show due to some of the flowers being too far wilted for a nice photo. My Apologies for that, but I was able to get some quite good photos of some very impressive flowers. It was a 3 hour drive from Cleveland to Joes place and the sun was going down when I arrived, plus I hadn’t had dinner yet. I took some important photos right away, had something to eat, then continued the next morning.

Walking around Joes beautiful and well manicured flower beds, I kept seeing these eastern bluebirds falling into the grass, then darting back up to the power lines. There were 2 or 3 of them looking through the lawn for little bugs to snack on. This one finally held still long enough for me to get my telephoto lens for a few snaps.
Suzy – I like your Glamour Girl and Cinnamon Ring. Missed you at Williamsburg.
