2016 World Daffodil Convention & Show – Show Photos, Toms Versions

Hello All!

Since Kirby has already posted the photos, I’ll spare the comments that have already been quoted.

Just simply, here are my versions of the same winners since I know that some others will ask me to post them even when Kirby already has. I didn’t capture the Container Award Winning entries.

and ASTOUNDING Bozievish Award entry and winner for the section that allows special growing conditions. This was exhibited by Bramcote Daffodils, run by Terry & Roger Braithwaite. These flowers were Gargantuan!. most likely 4.5 to 5 inches accross. I don't have the names of each flower, but the bottom left is the infamous Dorchester.

and ASTOUNDING Bozievish Award entry and winner for the section that allows special growing conditions. This was exhibited by Bramcote Daffodils, run by Terry & Roger Braithwaite.   1. It is very interesting to see the same flowers photographed by both you and Kirby because you use different techniques.  I do not mean one technique is better than another and I recognize it is a tremendous amount of work to photograph so many flowers.

    I really like seeing photos taken with more natural light and suspect the colors better represent the actual flower colors.
