Forwarding from David Burdick;

With a heavy heart, Victor Whitney asked me to pass along the very sad news of Eileen Whitney’s death on July 5 after a long battle with Alzheimers. He can be reached at 129 West Shore Drive in Putnam Valley NY 10579. You make daffodil friends, and then a few of them become lifelong friends because the daffodil introduced you. Vic and Eileen were the latter for me and Anne.

David Burdick

Eileen was a very active member and on the Board of Directors of the ADS for many years.

    My condolences.   Eileen Whitney was a kind and generous woman.  She was so patient with me when I was starting the Barco, NC show.  She worked with me tirelessly to make my first Show Schedule a perfect template for all the shows that followed.  I had lost contact with her, but I remember her kindness.
