We finish the ADS awards at the 2018 Murphys show with the awards for miniature daffodils in show report order.
The Miniature Gold Ribbon is for the best miniature in the show excluding the Container-Grown Section. The Miniature Rose Ribbon is for the best miniature seedling exhibited by its originator excluding the Container-Grown Section. Winner of both ribbons was seedling JBK 12-13-02 10G-Y (‘Olumbo’ x ‘Kojak’) exhibited by Jon Kawaguchi. Green was obviously the color of the day as the Gold and Rose Ribbon winner was also green.
The Miniature White Ribbon is for the best set of three miniatures in the show. Winner was JBK 07-15-03 10Y-Y (N. bulb. var. tenuifolius x N. bulb. var. serotinus) exhibited by Jon Kawaguchi.
The Lavender Ribbon is for the best collection of 5 miniature daffodils. Flowers in the winning exhibit are:
