From: Gail Subject: Blue Jonquils
Message Body:
Have you heard of blue colored Japanese Jonquil? I have an opportunity to buy some seeds but can’t find out about them. I am guessing that they are best planted in the fall in a half say full sun spot in South Carolina. Help with info! Thanks, Gail
Google gives Kalanchoe delagoensis for Japan jonquil – definitely NOT a narcissus.
The blue flowering Nemophila is often planted with daffodils in Japan. I think you have a translation issue or you may have found a very special and unknown Narcissus. Compare commons.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Nemophila_menziesii20100427.jpg
