Comments on Livermore Show 2019

As Bob Spots pointed out our daffodil Season was close to its peak for the early Livermore show. Often in January we have a hot spell but that was not the case this year. We had lots of frost – much more than usual and this year was also well above average in rainfall with an El Nino developing as well. The result was the best color in the daffodils than seen in decades.

This year after staging our major collections we had enough stems left over that we could also stage a collection of 12 stems of different Division 12 A flowers. Kirby the show chairman, kindly created a new class for that collection,  but did not post the results. However he did take a picture so I am adding it below. Thank you Kirby.
