  1. Kathy Julius and I saw it on opening day after the ADS Sacramento convention. It was fun to see, but there weren’t that many varieties of daffodils. I talked to one of the family members who helped to run it. He had a hat with a Daffodil Hill logo with 5 petals on it. I didn’t mention that. ;-> Gibbs Gardens in Ball Ground, GA has a much bigger daffodil planting (I believe currently the largest in the US) and has other gorgeous gardens as well, including what I believe is the largest Japanese garden in the US. Still, there are a limited number of cultivars displayed as not all daffodils do well in GA (same as CA). I think another of Daffodil Hill’s problems has been rain; when the property is muddy they cannot open to the public.
