I met with Aaron Russ today to advance planning for the Post World Convention South Island tour. We became aware that we have set a registration date close to the event but that is too late for us to reserve rooms and to book an appropriate sized bus.
Please advise me if you are considering this part of the World Convention. This is not a commitment from you but an aid to our planning. Reply to

I am not sure of dates when information is needed, but I was planning to come on the South Island tour. I am in the process of finalizing our airline tickets and then want to pay the tour fee. Any information as to our timing would be much appreciated.
Dianne Mrak is planning on the South Island tour as well.
