Blooming in Minnesota today….not

Up until today, we have had a mild spring in Minnesota.  We had a Jetfire open yesterday, so Margaret’s daffodil flag is out.

But we’re having an Easter Sunday snowfall in Minneapolis-St Paul today that will slow things down for a few days.  Expecting a few inches of heavy wet snow today, followed by three or four days with lows in the 20’s.  It is supposed to warm up again later in the week.

At this same time last year, we were having a heavy snowfall with a very late spring that kept the Minnesota folks from having any flowers to bring to the national show.

Stay well, everyone!

  1. I hope the snow will give some shelter to your plants rather than affect them badly!
