I wanted to add a bit of information to the story about the Boston Daffodils. There is a documentary film called Path of the Daff. It is about the group who arranges for the flowers to be at the Boston Marathon each spring. The project was started after the Marathon bombings in 2013. The creator of the film in Michael Piscitelli I met him when he was at our 2017 convention in Sacramento. You can watch the trailer for this film on line at path of the daff.com. I haven’t seen the whole film, but he has entered it in several film festivals. He would be a welcome guest at any convention to talk about his project. He included the ADS on his web site.
Today would be Marathon Monday in Boston. As mentioned earlier the pots of daffodils that would line the marathon route are now at area hospitals as a sign of hope and to thank the medical caregivers for all their hard work.
