Daffodils in the era of COVID-19

Two different ways that daffodils can comfort in this era of COVID-19.

First: My husband and I visited the University of Minnesota’s campus a few days ago to look at the expanses of daffodils they have in several locations on campus. One is near the U of M’s hospital and medical center. We noticed this bit of “litter”, but thought it actually created a portrait of “Pandemic Beauty”.

Second: This 2 W-P beauty is “Super Hero”.  It feels particularly appropriate as a THANK YOU to all the front-line workers who are keeping us healthy and fed these days!

I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy.
