The High Desert Daffodil Society will host the 2021 Fall Forum, Fall Board Meeting (FBM), and Daffodil Show in Reno, Nevada at the Whitney Peak Hotel.
The link above will take you directly to the hotel’s reservation page. The CHECK IN date of Thu, Oct 21, CHECK OUT date of Mon, Oct 25 and OCCUPANCY 1 Room, 1 Adult will be pre-populated at the top of the page.
The special room rate will be available now until September 30, 2021, when the hotel will release any non-guaranteed rooms. Any reservation received after September 30 will be accepted only on a space and/or rate available basis. The discounted rate will be available 3 days before and 3 days after the event on availability.
Transportation Options!
The Amtrak train station is only a block and a half away easy walk from the hotel.
The Whitney Peak Hotel is located at the Reno Arch in downtown Reno, about 3 miles from the Reno Airport (RNO). The shuttle runs from 8am – 10pm, daily.
Complimentary self-parking and discounted $10 Valet Service are included in ADS room rate.
Fall Forum Registration is OPEN!
Please fill-out the ADS 2021 Fall Forum & Board Meeting Registration Form. Then select your Registration options from the ADS WebStore and render online payment for your selected options.
If you register for the whole HYBRID experience, you do not need to sign up separately for the Virtual or Lunch and Learn sessions. They are included in your basic registration fee. “Virtual” means you attend from anywhere but would not be coming to Reno. “Lunch and Learn” sessions are for local folks who are interested only in joining us for lunch and afternoon presentations.
Early Bird Registration – Paid (or mailed check postmarked) on or before September 24.
Regular Registration – Paid (or mailed check postmarked) after September 24.
Fall Daffodil Show!
Continuing the innovation of past ADS Fall Forum events, we will have a Fall Blooming Daffodil Show this year. Entry of blooms for the flower show will be accepted between 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm in the exhibit room on Thursday, October 21, 2021 and 8:00 am to 12:00 noon on Friday, October 22, 2021. Fall Photography Show!
Continuing the tradition of past ADS Fall Forum events, we will have a Fall Photography Show this year. Entry of photographs for the Photography Show will be accepted between 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm in the exhibit room on Thursday, October 21, 2021 and 8:00 am to 3:00 pm on Friday, October 22, 2021.
