This request is from William Henry Raats. William lives a short drive from Cape Town South Africa.
***BTW before I present his pictures and known information I would pass on to those of you who use FaceBook that Leon Kluge posts native plants from South Africa on his page.***
From William:
I would really appreciate any info regarding this tiny Narcissus, which is in full flower now at our home, House Stormvogel (Petrel is Eng. for Stormvogel = Afrikaans) Stellenbosch, about 40 km from Cape Town International airport (Petrel is Eng. for Stormvogel = Afrikaans)
I have taken photographs of the flowers which I would like to forward to you as it may help with the ID of the plants.
The flowers of the Narcissus canariensis bulbs planted in the garden are now past their peak. (Posted on Instagram @1happyplantlover )
William hopes to send more information about this bloom soon. I’m sure he would appreciate any help you may have.
William had a second bloom he hoped for help identifying.
