Continuing our Spring celebration of daffodils, the American Daffodil Society is offering a Special Miniature Bulb Auction on eBay from April 27 – 30!
Our friends at Keira Bulbs recently sent us some extra miniature daffodil bulbs that we would like to offer to our ADS members and daffodil friends. We do not know the division or color code for most of these exquisite miniatures, but we can say that the bulbs are most likely from Divisions 10, 6, and 1. Keira Bulbs has offered a wonderful variety of daffodils in the past which has added some unique blooms to our gardens.
Please note: Keira Bulbs is located in Australia, so the bulbs offered at auction will need to get acclimated to the northern hemisphere and should be planted soon after receiving them. Please reference the article on ‘Acclimating “Down Under” Bulbs’, found in The Daffodil Journal, for guidance.
