Member of the NDSNZ for about 40 years or so. Began showing when 14 years of age and Don Bramley gave me some bulbs to plant. My 30 squ.M plot on a very small suburban section in Porirua near Wellington NZ is fixed so cannot be rotated. I'm currently the Wellington Rep. and also help the secretary out by being the NDSNZ Publicity Officer. Titahi Bay & Hutt Horticultural Shows, Central Group and the NZ Nationals are where I enjoy showing and meeting friends. I'm a judge & my husband George stewards.
We visited here on the 18th April 2007. This centre was an amazing recreation of life at the time of the great migration to the New World. (My Maguire forebears chose NZ). It contains static displays as well as complete…
