These are Black Vultures because they have the black bare skin heads. The Turkey Vultures have a really ugly red skinned head.
There is a Mexican Buzzard that they call a Caracara that looks more like a small Eagle than a vulture.
Not sure what you call a big group of them but if they invite you over for dinner it is enough to
