Collectible: Circa 1956 Little England Daffodil Farm Catalog, at the Williamsburg ADS National Show

One of the features of the ADS National Show is the Little England/Larry Mains Trophy class requiring three stems each of nine different Division 3 cultivars. Needless to say, this is a difficult class to enter.

From Mary Lou Gripshover: “Joe Hamm has sent me a catalog from Little England Daffodil Farm from around 1956. ADS already has it in its Library, and Joe asked if it might be of interest to add it as a little “bonus keeper” to the winner of the Little England/Larry Mains Trophy. It gives a little history of Little England Daffodil Farm. (If you want to see what it looks like, go to dafflibrary.org and click on Catalogs, then Catalogs from 1941 to 1970, then scroll down the page under “Single Issues” to Little England Daffodil Farm.)”

The ADS will award this historic catalog to the 2015 winner of the Little England class. If the class has no winning entry, the document will be auctioned.
