Spencer formatted the information about the Gold Medal for Innovation so that it can be printed to fit your handbook. Print out the page, fold it back on itself, hole punch it, and insert it in your handbook after page 64 for reference.
The criteria for the award is spelled out quite specifically. And the process to determine who may serve on the panel that decides whether it is to be awarded or not in any given year is also noted in detail.
