Daffnetters, many of you know ADS member, Ian Tyler, from England. He has had a standing invitation from me for many years, to visit with me after an ADS Convention. This year finally worked out, and I, and four women friends took Ian on a Southern adventure. Word of our post convention trip spread around in Columbus, and many wanted to see daily postings. But during our trip, we were way off the grid and never had wi-fi. So I have developed a “travelogue” and you might want to look at it. To those that have been anxious to see all this, apologies for how long it took me to create it. ADS responsibilities had to come first. Even if you don’t know me, or Ian, I think you will find the travelogue very amusing and interesting. I did not want to post the images and captions to Daffnet, because it was totally unrelated. The travelogue was created on Shutterfly. This is my first such effort to create such a project, so please consider me a novice. And this was another reason it took me SO long to get this completed. The theme of the travelogue is: FOUR WILD WOMEN AND AN ENGLISHMAN. Enjoy!

Many of us looked forward to the “Saga” of Ian and the Four Wild Women and you did not disappoint. I can imagine Ian using this as a presentation for the next gathering of daffodil folks back home. Thank you for painstakingly building this beautifully illustrated diary.

I enjoyed your travel adventures with Ian. Especially the comment describing his legs as 2W-W then an over dose of sun 2R-R!!! Being of English stock myself, my limbs are also 2w-w! The four Wild Women did seemed to entertain Ian royally!!! I’m sure he’ll have much to talk upon his returned.
