Quite a good range of doubles at our C D G late show , only one that is not a Kiwi flower , but one I rate as perhaps the most reliable for the mid / late season shows .
CROWNDALE ,has size and colour , a beautiful back petal and is a quick reproducer . It is fertile , both seed and pollen and has given me some nice late double seedlings ..
PIRONGIA PRINCESS , from the Millers , is an attractive orange shade .
.
PINA COLADA , from Peter Ramsay , is a big flower , rather late , round flowers , A strong vase .
.POWERBALL , a deep gold , not as round as some but on strong stems and good stance , had a good show season .
CAPE FAREWELL , from John Hunter, is a beautifully layered flower .
LUCKY DICE is very late , just a few out for the late show – a few nice flowers since .An attractive , round flower , these were a little weathered as I don,t cover my flowers and we had had a very rough week .
