Friends, I received a returned post card from the USPS, for the SEP Journal for ADS member, Mary Briscoe. Sometimes the USPS just cuts off the back address label portion and returns that, taped to a post card form they use, and they obviously discard the Journal. And they charge us 50 cents for the privilege. That is what happened in this instance. It is marked as “Forwarding Order Expired” and “Unable to Forward”. The address I had was
