Portland Crystal Springs Show was the Regional Show for the A. D. S. Pacific Region. The Harry Tuggle Jr. Award for 12 Vases of Three is only offered at Regional and National Shows. A Tuggle Medal was awarded here in Portland.

The winning WHITE Ribbon was this vase of three ‘Cornet Call’.
