Hi Daffnetters,
We read and hear that our American friends are having a Scorcher of a summer.
Another scorcher, already on daffseek, but without photos.
Scorcher  2 Y  O  raised by Eric Genat,  Victoria , Australia in the early  1950,s.
An early season redcup,  good size, 110mm or larger,  also makes abig fat bud.
I imported it from Hancocks , Victoria, about 1982.
A little short stemmed for a top cutflower but size impresses.
I used it quite a lot, both seed and pollen, searching for early redcup cutflowers.
Has given several useful sdlgs , early and large.
