Hello All,
Last weekend was the Brightwater Horticultural Society Spring show. Always a very popular show in the area, with visitors from throughout the District including it on their list of things to do. We were also honoured to have some International guests call in for a look. Hazel and Don Elder were here from Dundee, Scotland, and Jan Pennings from the Netherlands. Closer to home, we had Ron Abernethy and Bert Hill from Dunedin seeing how things are done in the top of the South.
Here we have Jan examining Denise and Neil McQuarrie’s Cherry Gardens, premier 2W-P, and a splendid example of this variety it was too.
