I’ve just returned from Utah and the daffodil shows at the Thanksgiving Point Garden in Lehi and the Red Butte Garden in Salt Lake City. The Lehi show was larger this year than last and had (I believe) over 200 stems. Much of the increase was from the many flowers by new exhibitor Coleen Toone. Her daffodils won the Gold, White, Mini Gold, and Mini White ribbons. The Gold Ribbon winner was Fragrant Rose.
