It never rains but it pours

Hi Folks,

I have kept you informed of the state of NZNDS members Jeanette and Neville Robb.

Their house was badly damaged in September.

Jeanette had three ribs and a wrist broken in the February earthquake.

Jeanette rang me tonight to say that a fortnight ago Neville was diagnosed with cancer of the oesophagus. It has travelled to lymph nodes and liver and he only has a short time to live. I will visit them when he comes home from hospital.

I reckon that is about all one could put up with.
