Hi Everyone
The last show in New Zealand was held on the 7th and 8th October in the
small town of Te Anau which is in the deep south of the South Island and a
most beautiful part of the country. It is the gateway to the Fiordland
National Park a world heritage area. The Te Anau show is the biggest show
outside of the two national shows and is strongly supported by the local
community. This year there were over 2000 blooms and National Daffodil
Society members from Christchurch, Dunedin Balclutha travelled to the show
to support the locals.
Premiers from the open section where the competition was fierce were

(Malroze)
Div 2 Sheelagh Rowan exhibited by myself also champion bloom of the

Div 3 Barndance exhibited by Noeline McLaren
Div 4 Manaku exhibited by Bill and Betty Cowie
Other premiers were

Cheers
Trevor
