The Miniature Rose Ribbon is for the best miniature seedling exhibited by its originator, excluding the Container section. The winner of both ribbons was seedling V95-228-15 1Y-W exhibited by Steve Vinisky. Notice that it’s a reverse bicolor, an uncommon color code among miniatures.
