V05-01-1 is a tiny Miniature white trumpet at 26mm (a hair over 1″) in diameter and 88.5mm (3 1/2″) in height. It is from a cross of : (Xana x Candlepower) x (Candlepower x Camborne). The growth habit reminds me of its N. asturiensis ancestor in that the bud is nestled right below the leaf tips and is revealed just as the tips thrust through the soil surface. This clone does not have the perianth width of later siblings from this cross.
Substance is average. Also noted is the unequal length and width in the 6:00 sepal.
I guess that the biggest virtues of this clone are that: it is early, it is white, and it is tiny.
