The ADS Judging School III, Barco, NC had 7 students finish out of the original 12. Three of which had already finished by doubling up by taking Class III at National (Baltimore) last year.
Mitch Carney, Glenna Graves, and Dottie Howatt all did a great job and I commend them on their successful presentations and help in the general running of the show and the ID section. I have known and respected Mitch Carney and Glenna Graves for years.
Dottie I had not met before and I found her delightful and humorous. I had to be sort of a dictator or “Drill Sergeant” in my role as School Chairman to insure the integrity of our school and that the students got the most out of it and would leave there ready for certification and I’m sure I irritated all three instructors at one time or another. However, you would never know that from there demeanor. When it comes to keeping the proper décor Dottie got a humorous laugh out of learning that I as a southerner don’t “HAVE” Tizzy Fits. We in the South “THROW” a Tizzy Fit. :-)
Congratulations to the class for finishing all three courses. They have come a long way since that first Class I.
