This is a gentle reminder that Wednesday, February 15 is the deadline
for early-bird registration at the 2023 ADS National Convention in
Atlanta, Georgia from March 9 – 12, 2023.
Please fill-out the ADS 2023 Convention Registration Form on our website. Then select your Registration options from the ADS WebStore and pay for your selected options.
Early Bird Registration *Payment received on or before Feb. 15 ($410)
Regular Registration *Payment received after Feb. 15 ($430).
February 22 is the cut off date for all registrations. There will be no on site Registrations.

The 2023 ADS National Convention will be held at the Crowne Plaza® Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia hotel which is the Epicenter of Modern Hospitality.
Our special room rate is $139.00 for 2 Queens or 1 King room, plus taxes and fees. The extended cut off date for guest room reservations will be Monday, February 27, 2023. This extension will give our members some additional time to make their reservations. We have also added 10 rooms to our block of rooms in the Queen/Queen category to allow folks to make reservations with a roommate!! We are encouraging everyone to make their room reservations direct with the Hotel in ATL, and ask for Jocelyn Turner. Below is her contact information:

Our convention hotel is located 27 miles from Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and can be reached by taxi, private car service and ride-sharing services, as well as by MARTA, Atlanta’s public transportation service.
