Jim Kochevar is a city gardener who lives near DePaul University in Lincoln Park, where he and his partner, Adrienne, grow daffodils, peonies, tree peonies, irises, lilies and David Austin roses. Their entire back yard is a garden so packed with plants that there is no place to sit down
— and the flat deck of their garage is where they grow dahlias and vegetables.
