Subject: Wanganui.
This was the only entry in the class for 3 x Div. 9. It was mine and I think I had the only poet entries in the show. The premier was my MB-9 (Maurice Butcher No. 9) which resembles the lower left flower but with a slightly stronger red band. Unfortunately the MB-9 had a petal that was more reflexed than the others and I couldn’t get a worthy photo of it.
This trio were top Denise’s newly named ‘Cranleigh’ (A-38). bottom left MH 116-03 (one of Max’s seedlings) and McQuarrie A44 on the right.
That’s it from Wanganui.
Must go and see what’s left of the flowers.
