Subject: [BODnet] DEC 08 ADS Journals ready @ printer

Friends, I just phoned the printer for our Daffodil Journal, in Jackson, MS, and they have just now finished with the Journal as of this morning.  So now I provide all the domestic mailing data to the mailing service in Jackson, they work it all up and take the Journals to the USPS Bulk Mail Acceptance Unit in Jackson.  DHL Global picks up all the Journals going internationally, and do a similar address prep operation in Chicago.  So with any luck, Journals should enter the mail stream by DEC 4th and 5th.  Loyce is to be applauded for working so hard to get the Journal done, in hopes we can get ahead of the crush of the holiday mail stream.  The Journal is sent bulk mail by USPS, and it varies widely as to how soon our members receive their copies.  Amazingly, one of the slowest delivery locations appears to be the eastern part of VA.
Happy Holidays,
