Dear All,
Here is a little reminder of what’s to come, I saw this on my way up to the paper shop yesterday, so took the camera this morning!
I believe it to be bloom of Rijnvels Early Sensation (RES) and at least one month earier than last year!
Considering we have had the coldest winter so far for a few years with longer periods of light frosts between -1C and -4C.

The garden where it grows is at least 15 ft higher than my front garden and 25 ft higher than my daffodil beds.
I think it must have opened pre Christmas day, but so nice to see even if it is a bit lonely being the only flower open in that garden.

Seasons greeting to all.
