The Historic Ribbon is awarded to the best flower exhibited in the Historic section of the show. The requirement is that the cultivar must have been introduced prior to 1940 (I believe) someone can correct me if that’s not the date. The winner in this show was awarded to “Lovenest” exhibited by Helen Trueblood.
